The brief
Built, fitted and furnished
The 35 Artillery Brigade required senior accommodation built to a standard befitting the Regimental Sergeant Major — and delivered ready to live in, not merely structurally complete.
Bedrock carried the project from foundations through to handover: structural works and roofing, full electrical and plumbing installations, floor and wall tiling throughout, suspended ceilings with cove lighting, a fitted kitchen with stone worktops, tiled bathrooms with modern sanitary ware, and external works including paved forecourts, perimeter finishes and commissioned external lighting.
The quarters were handed over furnished — living areas, bedrooms and service spaces complete — so the incoming occupant could take possession immediately.
