The brief
Twelve homes, rebuilt
The blocks at Epe Cantonment had reached the end of their serviceable life — failed roofing, decayed render, stripped bathrooms and overgrown surroundings left twelve mini-flats unfit for occupation.
Bedrock rebuilt them: structural repairs and new roofing, full re-rendering inside and out, floor and wall tiling, new bathrooms and fitted kitchens, doors, windows and electrical installations — finished in the cantonment's yellow and red livery, with paved walkways and external works throughout.
All twelve flats were delivered complete and handed over ready for families to move in.
